Fresh and Fancy grow and supply hydroponic lettuces and herbs all year round. The family owned business has been in operation for over 20 years and supplies supermarkets, fruit & vege shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants within the Nelson Tasman region.

Green Oaks, Green Frills, Red Oaks, Red Frills, Oak Combos and Cos
Watercress, Coriander, Parsley, Rocket, Flatleaf Italian Parsley, Basil and Mint
Plus unwashed cutleaf lettuce mix – 500gm and 1kg bags
Fresh and Fancy has been New Zealand GAP registered since 2002,
and is reassessed by Horticulture New Zealand every 3 years.
We Deliver to…
Nelson, Stoke and Richmond – Monday to Friday mornings.
Motueka, Mapua and Moutere – Monday and Thursday late mornings/lunchtime.
About Hydroponics
Hydroponics is a method of growing plants in nutrient rich water without soil. Plants are grown indoors in a controlled environment and receive only the nutrients necessary for optimal growth. In our Nelson climate our hydroponic lettuces take just 8 weeks to grow from seed to maturity over summer. But up to 18 weeks over winter.
